No No No!!

Holy crap, all I am looking for is a file manager app that will let me manage and move files that are ALREADY on my iPad to my iPhone without having to use the iTunes file share. Is that really such a difficult thing? I just need to move my .trp file from my GPS app over to Dropbox, and Ill be good to go. Why is there not an app out there that can do this?
